On Tuesday, the Florida Lottery announces that Zabetti Pappas, 66, of Pensacola, claimed a $1 million prize from the GOLD RUSH LIMITED Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s Pensacola District Office. She chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $795,000.00.

Pappas purchased her winning ticket from Publix, located at 2180 West Nine Mile Road in Pensacola. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

The $20 Scratch-Off game, GOLD RUSH LIMITED, launched in September 2021 and features 32 top prizes of $5 million and 100 prizes of $1 million! Additionally, this ticket is filled with over 33,000 prizes of $1,000 to $100,000! The game’s overall odds of winning are 1-in-2.65.

Then on Wednesday came Jenny Marotzke, 38, of Cape Coral, claiming a $1 million prize from the 500X THE CASH Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s Fort Myers District Office.

She chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $820,000.00.

Marotzke purchased her winning ticket from Publix, located at 1631 Del Prado Boulevard South in Cape Coral. 

Also on Wednesday, the Florida Lottery announced that Amy Lemley, 69, of Largo, claimed a $1 million prize from the 500X THE CASH Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s Tampa District Office. She chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $820,000.00.   

Lemley purchased her winning ticket from Wawa, located at 8910 Ulmerton Road in Largo. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.    

On Thursday, Christina Baldino, of Alva, claimed a $1 million prize from the BILLION DOLLAR GOLD RUSH SUPREME Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s Fort Myers District Office.

She chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $880,000.00.

Baldino purchased her winning ticket from Handy Food, located at 21321 State Road 80 in Alva. 

On Friday, two winners were announced, both playing the $50, 500X The Cash scratch-off.

Carlos Romero, 62, of Miami Lakes, claimed a $1 million prize from the 500X THE CASH Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s Miami District Office.

Romero chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump sum payment of $820,000.00. He purchased his winning ticket from Publix, located at 15000 Miami Lakes Drive East in Miami Lakes.

Stephanie Wright, 54, of Miami Gardens, claimed a $1 million prize from the 500X THE CASH Scratch-Off game at the Lottery’s Miami District Office.

Wright chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump sum payment of $820,000.00

She purchased her winning ticket from Raceway, located at 19851 Northwest 57th Avenue in Miami Gardens.

The $50 game, 500X THE CASH, launched in February and features a top prize of $25 million—the largest ever offered on a Florida Scratch-Off game—and the best odds to become an instant millionaire! The game’s overall odds of winning are 1-in-4.50.

Scratch-Off games are an important part of the Lottery’s portfolio of games, comprising approximately 77 percent of ticket sales and generating more than $1.8 billion for the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund (EETF) in fiscal year 2021-22.
