ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – A St. Petersburg man died Sunday afternoon following a vehicle collision on Tanglewood Drive Northeast.
At approximately 2:40 p.m. on May 3, 72-year-old Michael Schroeder was traveling southbound in a white Lexus RX350. According to the St. Petersburg Police Department, Schroeder appeared to suffer a possible medical episode, which resulted in his vehicle striking a parked Ford Escape in front of 5724 Tanglewood Drive Northeast.

Emergency personnel transported Schroeder to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The St. Petersburg Police Department has confirmed that the investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
