St. Petersburg Police: Missing 75-Year-Old Man Located Safe

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Anthony Barlow has been located and is safe, according to the St. Petersburg Police Department.

ORIGINAL REPORT: The St. Petersburg Police Department has launched an active search for Anthony Barlow, a 75-year-old man reported missing and endangered. Barlow was last seen leaving on foot near the intersection of 46th Street and 5th Avenue South at approximately 4:20 p.m. on Sunday, April 5th.

Police report that Barlow suffers from confusion and additional health complications. He is described as a white male, 5’06” tall, and weighing between 140 and 150 pounds with white hair. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a brown T-shirt and dark trousers.

A large-scale search operation began Sunday evening involving patrol vehicles, drones, and bloodhounds. The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office also deployed a helicopter to assist in the search from the air.

While these initial efforts did not locate Barlow, authorities confirmed they have resumed the search today.

“We are asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing, endangered Anthony Barlow,” the department stated.

The police have shared a photo of Barlow as well as a Ring camera image of his last known outfit to help the public identify him. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to immediately contact the St. Petersburg Police Department at 727-893-7780 or dial 911.
