NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. – The New Port Richey Police Department is investigating a robbery that occurred at Pasco Camera on Friday, January 17th, 2024, around 9:30 AM.
Two male suspects entered the store, located at 5405 Main Street, under the pretense of making a purchase. However, their intentions quickly became clear as one suspect attempted to grab a camera from the display case.

The second suspect then jumped over the counter and stole a camera and two lenses, with a combined value of over $4,000.
The store owner, an elderly man, confronted the suspects as they attempted to flee. A physical altercation ensued, and the suspects threw the store owner to the ground, causing minor injuries.
The suspects fled the scene on foot before entering a dark-colored Mazda, which was last seen heading northbound on US 19.

The New Port Richey Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the suspects involved in this robbery.
