Andrew Warren will hold a briefing to update the public on the latest developments in his legal challenge to the Governor’s suspension order.
Andrew will be joined by his attorney, J Cabou, co-chair of the White Collar and Investigations practice of the international law firm Perkins Coie, during press conferences in Tallahassee and Tampa.
According to a press release, Warren and Cabou will discuss the latest developments in the fight to restore Warren to the office that Hillsborough County voters have twice elected him to hold.
“If the Governor’s attempt to unilaterally overturn an election is allowed to stand, it would threaten the integrity and outcome of elections throughout the state for years to come,” said Warren, the duly elected State Attorney for Tampa and Hillsborough County, Florida. “The danger posed by this illegal act cannot be overstated.”

The first press conference will be held in Tallahassee at 9:00 am on Wednesday with the second press conference in Tampa at 2:30 pm.
