TAMPA, Fla. – The Krewe of Europa®, a Tampa based 501c3 social and philanthropy organization with members across the United States and many other countries will be attending in full Krewe fashion, the 45th Annual Fantasy of Lights Christmas Parade December 4th, 2020. The 2020 Krewe of Europa holiday theme will be “Christmas from Around the World”.
“Named as a Top Holiday Parade in the US by USA Today’s 10 Best, the 45th Fantasy of Lights Christmas Parade will spread holiday cheer around the country this holiday season. Presented by Ole Red Gatlinburg, the award-winning parade will broadcast Christmas week on local television stations in 100 markets throughout the Eastern United States.”
Europa was formed by professionals that wanted to bring Tampa Bay to the global stage by following their motto of “Bringing Our Small World Together”, the Krewe of Europa® communicates the message of Integritas, Pietas, Largitatis, Caritate (Generosity Integrity Devotion Love) to the communities they travel to.
Krewe of Europa® celebrates the diverse cultures that have set the stage for today’s world. Their 52’ float “Europa” is themed with elegance of a Greek Villa, rolling into a German bier garden with an accent of Italy. Costumes are custom, elegant, period correct and country unique to the member.
