TAMPA, Fla. – A Tampa man faces multiple felony charges after Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office detectives raided a residence on August 7, 2026, concluding a months-long investigation into suspected illegal narcotics activity.
Detectives executed a search warrant on the 13000 block of La Place Circle following an initial tip. Inside the home, investigators seized a variety of narcotics—including cocaine, oxycodone, and morphine—alongside a firearm and more than $2,000 in cash.
Detectives also located a money counter and drug paraphernalia.
Deputies arrested 32-year-old Jonathan Vaillant Ramos at the scene.
Ramos faces charges of armed trafficking of cocaine, two counts of armed possession of a Schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver, two counts of armed possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, keeping a public nuisance structure for drug activity, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
