TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa Police were on the scene of a shooting death investigation overnight.
Tampa Police say the shooting happened in the 8400 block of Elmer St. around 10: PM Monday night.
Officers are conducting the preliminary portion of the investigation, and the shooting does not appear to be a random act.
