Tampa Police Say Missing 27-Year-Old Woman Located Safe

TAMPA, Fla. – Amber Rose Rhoads has been located and is safe, according to the Tampa Police Department.


ORIGINAL REPORT: The Tampa Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find a 27-year-old woman who went missing early Wednesday morning.

Amber Rose Rhoads was last seen at approximately 1:00 a.m. on July 15, 2026, at 10985 Bourbon Court, according to police.

Investigators say Rhoads may be traveling in a gold 2020 Kia Sportage carrying the Florida license plate LBCP18. It is not known what clothing she was wearing when she was last seen.

According to police, Rhoads is believed to suffer from postpartum depression and is suicidal.

Anyone who locates Rhoads or has any information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact the Tampa Police Department at 813-231-6130 and reference case number 2026-416360.
