TAMPA, Fla. – The Tampa Water Department has announced an update to a lane closure on West Swann Avenue as crews work to repair a water main break.
Effective immediately, the eastbound lane of West Swann Avenue is closed between South Edison Avenue and South Delaware Avenue. The westbound lane will remain open to traffic.
The closure is necessary to allow Tampa Water Department staff and crews to repair the damaged water main safely. Barricades and signs have been placed in the area to help guide motorists and manage traffic flow. Drivers are advised to use caution when traveling near the work zone.
The work is expected to be completed, and typical traffic patterns are anticipated to resume by 4:00 PM today, Saturday, November 15, 2025.
