The Florida Lottery has announced the winners on Thursday for the first drawing of its Holiday Cash Bonus Play promotion, with a top prize of $20,000 going to a lucky player from Tampa.
Linda Montero of Tampa, Florida, secured the massive $20,000 prize in the drawing held on November 18, 2025, for tickets entered between October 27 and November 16, 2025. Her winning ticket number was the sole winner in the top prize category for the first draw.
Twenty-Five Second Prize Winners Each Bag $5,000
In addition to the top winner, twenty-five other players across Florida and one from Alabama were selected to win a $5,000 second prize. Winners hail from cities across the state, including Ocala, Macclenny, Port Orange, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, St. Petersburg, Miami, and Jacksonville.
75 Players Win $1,000 Third Prize
Seventy-five players have been announced as third-prize winners, each receiving $1,000. These winners span the state, from Melbourne and Miami to Jacksonville and Tampa. Notably, one third-prize winner, Fojley Rabby, is listed from Orlando, New York.
How to Play the Holiday Cash Bonus Play
The promotion allows players to enter non-winning HOLIDAY CA$H Scratch-Off tickets and any CASH POP tickets purchased during the entry period for a chance to win cash prizes up to $20,000.
The promotion runs from October 27, 2025, through January 11, 2026. Over $4.2 million in instant-win cash coupons and 60,000 BOGO coupons for CASH POP will also be awarded throughout the promotion.
