In a moment of viral television, Democratic Rep. Jasmine Crockett of Texas delivered a fiery on-air accusation against House Speaker Mike Johnson, first claiming she wouldn’t swear, only to immediately throw caution to the wind and call him “full of s***” regarding the release of remaining Jeffrey Epstein files.

Appearing on CNN’s “The Lead with Jake Tapper” on Monday, Crockett was discussing the stalled efforts and the discharge petition aimed at forcing the Justice Department to release the complete, unredacted records related to the deceased pedophile sex trafficker.

Speaker Johnson had reportedly argued that some lawmakers feared public exposure and that the petition might not offer the anonymity they desired.

Crockett sharply rejected Johnson’s stance, initially censoring herself before Tapper intervened.

“I would cuss, but I’m not going to. I’m going to just say he’s full of it,” Crockett stated, accusing the Speaker of deliberately blocking action.

“This is cable,” Tapper informed her. “You can cuss.”

Crockett hesitated for a beat, then decisively said, “I’m not going to do it. OK, I’m going to do it. He’s full of sh**.”

The Texas representative doubled down on her belief that Johnson’s resistance has nothing to do with protecting victims or lawmakers’ privacy.

“Miss me on pretending that this is about the victims,” she said, leveling a serious accusation that Republicans were responsible for circulating details that identified a survivor, even after her name had been redacted in previous file releases. “The Republicans did that to the extent that the victim’s family had to come out against them for revealing potentially her name. So they’re full of it.”

Crockett also accused the Speaker of avoiding the Epstein issue earlier this year, even to the point of delaying the swearing-in of a duly elected Democratic member of Congress.

The high-stakes political drama comes as the bipartisan push to force the release of the files gained crucial momentum. The swearing-in of Democratic Arizona Rep. Adelita Grijalva provided the signature needed for the discharge petition, clearing the way for a House vote after weeks of delay.

Meanwhile, in a Truth Social post on Sunday night, President Donald Trump reversed course and urged House Republicans to support the release of the remaining files, characterizing the scrutiny as a “Democrat Hoax” meant to deflect from the Republican Party’s success.
