It seems something tailor-made for a great movie of the week: Selfless whistleblowers tell a tale of sinister Pentagon chieftains, in league with mammoth corporations and powerful politicians, suppress evidence of a medical program that is causing a massive spike in health problems for humble, dedicated order-following U.S. troops.
And best of all, if proven, the legacy media could hang this malign medical misadventure around the neck of Donald Trump.
Yet our esteemed Fourth Estate is eerily silent about U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson’s questioning of whether COVID-19 vaccines are doing undue harm to our troops – at a time when the Pentagon is also discharging those who refuse the jab for failure to obey.
Johnson, a Wisconsin Republican, held a roundtable discussion late last month that featured claims by former military doctors that reports of certain harmful illnesses spike in 2021, compared to the recent past.
That is, the spike coincided with the unrelenting rollout of the COVID vaccines.
The three former military doctors, now acting as whistleblowers, have signed affidavits saying that reports from the Defense Medical Epidemiology Database, of DMED, which tracks trends in the health of military personnel, show an unnatural, and alarming, rise in severe illnesses since the vaccines went mainstream.
Lawyer Thomas Renz, who represents the docs, brought the data to Johnson’s attention recently. The physicians said they pulled data recorded on multiple medical issues between 2016 and 2020 to create the baseline and then compared that to the same conditions in 2021.
As conservative columnist Daniel Horowitz noted for The Blaze last week, some of the increases in medical problems include:
Hypertension, up 2,181 percent; neurological disorders, up 1,000 percent; multiple sclerosis, up 680 percent; breast cancer, up 487 percent; female infertility, up 472 percent; migraines, up 452 percent; testicular cancer, up 369 percent; miscarriages, up 300 percent.
Yet our national media yawn, if they are looking at all.
The brave “fact-checkers” at the liberal PolitiFact seem to be one exception.
Yet their contribution to the cause was to accept the word of a single Pentagon spokesman who, incredibly, argued in essence that the 2021 data were the norm, and that the averages of the five preceding years were the outliers. That spokesman also noted that the entire database was taken down to address the problem. Hmm.
As Horowitz noted, the Pentagon and Politifact want us to believe that “every data point for five years in the agency’s entire epidemiological surveillance system … was one giant glitch. Oh, and that glitch magically stopped in January 2021, but it still wasn’t detected until Thomas Renz testified before Sen. Ron Johnson.”
The Pentagon’s response, Horowitz added, “taken at face value, is the equivalent of a political and national security nuclear bomb that requires immediate follow-up questions just to make sense of it, yet PolitiFact takes this absurdity at face value and goes on to rule the articles on the DMED data ‘false.’”
Horowitz noted that the media don’t even seem interested in the other side of the Renz coin – to wit, “that the entire military health surveillance system was 100% broken on every diagnosis code for five straight years,” and that went unreported.
Another person who is calling BS is Dr. Robert Malone, a researcher-founder of the mRNA technology used in the vaccines, and a critic of mandated shots.
In a column posted Monday by the Independent Institute, Malone noticed the same suspicious discrepancy that Horowitz did. He pointed out that the same data gathered by the whistleblowers has also been cited by the National Institutes for Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and none other than Dr. Anthony Fauci.
Yet, “the geniuses that have been managing it have never identified any issues before the whistleblowers grabbed this download. Does not inspire confidence, no matter what the final ‘official’ explanation becomes,” Malone wrote.
“With all these agencies watching the same data,” he added, “no one thought the historical data was incorrect until the whistleblowers sounded their alert.”
In his own follow-up on Monday, Horowitz noted that Renz, the lawyer, is reporting that the data for 2016 through 2020 is amazingly being brought into line with 2021.
“We would have to believe that the minute they discovered this from Renz, they suddenly discovered the exact numbers. A five-year mistake fixed overnight!,” Horowitz wrote.
The upshot of that, he added, is that the “new” data, which brings many medical problems into line with the 2021 spikes, makes it seem like COVID never existed.
“The silence both from the media and congressional members of the House and Senate Armed Services Committees is astounding,” Horowitz concluded.
“One of two things is true: Either there was mass vaccine injury in the military, or our military has been very unhealthy and the Pentagon completely lost control over epidemiological surveillance of these health issues for years. Either way, this is the story of the year.”
