Also. Phoenix Police shooting 24-year-old Jovana Kelsey McCreary when she pulled a gun on police while being detained and La Mesa (California) Detective Eric Knudsen shooting a bean bag round at protester Leslie Furcro’s head when she threw an object during a riot.
