3 Indicted For Murder And Home Invasion Robbery In Citrus County

CITRUS COUNTY, Fla. – Three men have been indicted by a grand jury in connection with the December 2024 murder of a Citrus County man.

State Attorney Bill Gladson announced the indictments of Shawn Michael Hutton, 34, Andre Douglas Gore, 35, and Jason Kyle Kirchaine, 28, on charges of first-degree murder, burglary of a dwelling while armed and masked, robbery while armed and masked, and armed kidnapping while masked.

The charges stem from the December 19th, 2024, death of 44-year-old Aaron Michael Kyle on South Scarlet Oak Terrace in Homosassa.

In addition to the charges related to the home invasion and murder, Hutton was also indicted on two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, while Gore faces one count of the same charge.

The details surrounding the incident and the specific roles of each defendant have not yet been released.
