Tragic Early Morning Crash Claims Life Of Spring Hill Man

SPRING HILL, Fla. – A 73-year-old Spring Hill man was killed Tuesday morning in a single-vehicle crash after losing control of his sedan and striking a tree, according to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).

The fatal incident occurred around 5:50 AM on Tryon Circle near Holiday Drive.

FHP troopers say that the driver, operating a Chevy Impala, was traveling northbound on Tryon Circle when, for reasons still under investigation, he lost control of the vehicle.

The Impala reportedly departed the roadway, traveled through the front yard of the residence at 489 Tryon Circle, continued into the adjacent yard at 499 Tryon Circle, and ultimately collided with a tree.

The driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash. .

The identity of the deceased man has not yet been released.
