President Donald Trump on Tuesday vehemently condemned both Israel and Iran for violating a ceasefire he had personally brokered.

Speaking to reporters on the White House lawn before departing for a NATO meeting in the Netherlands, blasted both countries.

“We basically have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard that they don’t know what the fu*k they’re doing,” Trump declared, his frustration palpable.

The President initially suggested that the breaches might not have been intentional but quickly pivoted, announcing his intent to personally intervene with Israeli leaders to halt further aggression.

Moments later, Trump’s irritation escalated into an all-caps Truth Social post, a direct appeal to Israel: “ISRAEL. DO NOT DROP THOSE BOMBS. IF YOU DO IT IS A MAJOR VIOLATION. BRING YOUR PILOTS HOME, NOW!”

In a subsequent post, however, Trump asserted a more optimistic tone, claiming Israel would not attack Iran and that all planes would “turn around and head home.”

The dramatic turn of events comes after Trump told NBC News on Monday night that he expected the ceasefire to last “forever.” However, reports indicate that Iran launched new attacks on Israel early Tuesday, and the Israel Defense Force’s chief of general staff has publicly stated the country’s intent to respond with force.

“I don’t like the fact that Israel went out this morning at all and I’m going to see if I can stop it,” Trump stated before boarding Marine One, leaving the international community to ponder the fragility of the peace he had so recently championed. Sources
