Two Men Arrested, One Pending In Monday’s Amber Alert For 11-Year-Old Pasco Student

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco announced at this morning’s press conference, Montana “Jordan” Breseman was located and is safe in Tampa in the vicinity of Pasadena Avenue.

She was located at the home of an adult male who she perceived as her boyfriend, however, Sheriff Nocco said this individual did not have Montana’s best interest in mind.

“We are very grateful for the many tips we received, the shares on social media, and the assistance from the public to help us locate Montana. We are proud of the efforts of the many members of the Pasco Sheriff’s Office who worked throughout the night to make sure Montana was safe,” said Nocco.

At this time, there remains an active investigation into this case, the Pasco Sheriff’s Office has multiple individuals in custody, the two men in the previously released surveillance footage from the New Port Richey 7-11 and the adult with whom Montana was located.

The two males in the previously released surveillance footage from the New Port Richey 7-11 are identified as Reginald Clark (Driver, black, male DOB: 10/4/2001) from Jacksonville and Jonathon MacGregor (Passenger, white, male DOB: 1/3/2004) from Clearwater.

Preliminary information is that these individuals were connected to Montana through her online social network, where they also communicated with each other.

Both of these individuals have been arrested for interference with child custody, which is a felony.

Charges on the male with whom she was located are still pending further investigation. He is identified as Luis Alberto Encarnacion (Hispanic, male DOB: 3/9/1999) from Tampa.

Breseman resides in Thonotosassa, in Hillsborough County, not in the custody of her parents or a family member, and attends River Ridge Middle School in Pasco County.

“We are actively working with community partners to provide her with services and resources to address any traumas she may have experienced,” said Nocco.

“Once again, we’re thankful the outcome in this case resulted in the safe location of Breseman. The criminal investigation into the three males is ongoing,” he added.
