Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents, in collaboration with the Tucson Police Department, arrested a Phoenix man on October 16 on federal charges, including attempting to produce child pornography and possession of child sexual abuse material.
Casey Goslin, 46, of Phoenix, who was employed as a youth group leader and director for multiple religious organizations, was taken into custody following a joint investigation. The probe revealed Goslin’s involvement with an online platform used to facilitate livestreamed child sexual abuse sessions and the production of child sexual abuse material. These victims were allegedly provided by child sex traffickers operating in the Philippines.
The investigation led HSI special agents to execute a federal search warrant, resulting in the seizure of numerous electronic devices.

Authorities noted that Goslin operated online under the usernames “live:.cid.bbdbec6f18b26922” and “live:.cid.de5ca094f7bdd45.”
Due to his alleged online activities and his position as a youth group leader, federal agents are urgently seeking the public’s help to identify potential victims Goslin may have engaged or abused.
ICE Homeland Security Investigations has appealed to anyone whose child, or a child they know, was in contact with Casey Goslin to immediately contact the ICE Tip Line at 866-DHS-2-ICE or submit information through ICE’s online tip form, or to contact their local law enforcement.
ICE HSI emphasizes its victim-centered approach to child exploitation investigations, focusing on identifying, rescuing, and stabilizing victims. The agency works in partnership with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), ICAC partners, and other federal, state, and local agencies.
Suspected child sexual exploitation or missing children can also be reported to NCMEC’s toll-free, 24-hour hotline at 800-THE-LOST.
