PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – A 55-year-old Hudson man was killed in a two-vehicle crash Friday evening at the intersection of Regency Park Boulevard and U.S. 19.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident occurred around 7:05 PM when a Kia Sorento, driven by a 68-year-old man from Deer Lodge, Tennessee, turned right from Regency Park Boulevard onto U.S. 19, directly into the path of a northbound Hummer H2.

The collision caused the Hummer to rotate off the highway and overturn. Tragically, the driver of the Hummer was ejected from the vehicle during the rollover and suffered fatal injuries at the scene.
The driver of the Kia and his passenger, a 56-year-old Homosassa man, were uninjured in the crash.
