TAMPA, Fla. – In a move poised to redefine its financial landscape, USF Athletics today announced the launch of Bulls Athletic Properties, a new independent division dedicated to optimizing the department’s multimedia rights and business strategy. This initiative marks a significant step towards long-term sustainability and aligns with the university’s ambitious growth plans, including the highly anticipated opening of its on-campus stadium in 2027.
Bulls Athletic Properties will centralize and lead critical revenue-generating functions, including ticketing, corporate partnerships, media rights, and marquee venue agreements.
This in-house approach aims to provide greater control and flexibility in a rapidly evolving college athletics environment. The division will also work in close coordination with USF’s athletics development and Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) programs, fostering a more aligned and sustainable model for the entire athletic department.
