TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa Police are seeking information on a bike thief that has commited the crime more than once.
Police say the suspect in the video below has stolen several bicycles from Victory Lofts, located at 101 S.12th St. in Tampa.
Investigators say that the man has also stolen various other bikes that have been reported to police.
