The gunman who carried out a deadly attack on Annunciation Catholic School has been officially identified as Robin Westman, a man in his early 20s. Westman opened fire on the church during a back-to-school Mass, killing two children and injuring 17 others before taking his own life.

The attack, which occurred around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday was described by Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara as an act of “sheer cruelty and cowardice.” Westman, who was not previously known to law enforcement, was armed with a rifle, a shotgun, and a handgun.

In a disturbing development, police are now investigating a series of videos believed to have been uploaded by Westman to a YouTube account just hours before the shooting. Law enforcement sources told The Post that gun magazines seen in the videos were scrawled with handwritten phrases, including “kill Donald Trump” and “for the children.”
