Crews are currently on site working to repair the damage, with an estimated timeframe of five hours for completion.

The incident has resulted in traffic diversions, with police on the scene directing vehicles around the closure. However, drivers, particularly those operating larger vehicles such as semis, are strongly encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid delays.

This section of First St. N is a highly traveled roadway where Lucerne Park Road transitions into First St., making the closure impactful for both local and through traffic.

Motorists are advised to plan accordingly and remain patient as crews work to resolve the issue. Further updates will be provided as new information becomes available.
