Alicia Griffin, 37-years-old at the time of her disappearance, has been missing since February 1st, 2014.
Griffin was reportedly last seen at an apartment complex off Lake Orlando Parkway in the 4300 block of Medallion Drive, in Orlando, Florida.
Investigators say that Griffin left her children at home, in addition to many of her personal items including her cell phone.
Alicia has never been seen or heard from again.
At the time of her disappearance, investigators say that Griffin frequented the Lake Orlando Golf Club and Village Springs Apartments.
According to Alicia’s family members, it was very unlike Griffin to not be in contact with them. Investigators say that it was also unlike Griffin to leave her children and cellphone behind.
Griffin was last seen wearing a blue short sleeve shirt with “Hollister” written in green letters, blue jeans, and dark-colored Nike shoes.
Griffin did not have any active bank or social media accounts, which makes it even more difficult for investigators to trace the actions leading up to her disappearance.
According to the Charley Project, investigators do not believe foul play was involved in Griffin’s disappearance.
Within the first year of her disappearance, there were a few reported sightings of her around Orange County – but, none of those sightings were ever confirmed.
Additionally, Griffin’s husband has also been investigated and cleared by detectives. Alicia remains missing today.
