Wolf Pack Results: 25 DUI Arrests And Over 130 Citations In Pinellas County Overnight Sweep

PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – A massive law enforcement “Wolf Pack” operation across Pinellas County ended early Sunday morning with 25 DUI arrests and a long list of criminal charges. The coordinated effort, which ran from 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, to 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 15, 2026, saw deputies and local police saturating the county’s busiest roads to target impaired and dangerous drivers.

The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office led the initiative alongside the Florida Highway Patrol and police departments from Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Largo, Pinellas Park, Tarpon Springs, Kenneth City, and Gulfport.

By the end of the ten-hour shift, officers had filed 34 total criminal charges. In addition to the 25 DUI arrests, authorities reported one felony drug charge, two arrests for driving with a suspended license (DWLSR), four other misdemeanor arrests, one additional felony arrest, and one warrant arrest.

Beyond the arrests, the operation resulted in 130 total citations. This included 38 speeding tickets, 26 moving violations, 22 non-moving violations, and 11 citations for driving with a suspended license. Other documented infractions included seat belt violations, lack of insurance, and open containers.

The Sheriff’s Office stated that the mission of the Wolf Pack is “to educate motorists and raise public awareness about the dangers of driving under the influence of alcohol, chemicals, or controlled substances.”

Officials noted that these high-visibility operations reflect a continued commitment to reducing traffic-related deaths, injuries, and property damage caused by impaired driving. The heavy police presence was maintained throughout the night to ensure a proactive response to hazardous road conditions.
