LARGO, FL. – A woman is in critical condition Friday after a pedestrian crash happened around 6:25 am.
According to police, Largo Police Department was dispatched to a vehicle versus pedestrian traffic crash on northbound Missouri Ave, north of Rosery Rd NE.
Police say a female was walking her bicycle from the east side of Missouri towards the west, north of the crosswalk.
As she entered the left northbound lane, she was struck by an oncoming vehicle in that lane.
The Largo Police Department’s Traffic Homicide Unit responded to the scene and is conducting the investigation. NB Missouri Ave is shut down at Rosery Rd for the next few hours.
