‘Worst Of The Worst’: DHS Expands Public Crime Database Past 35,000 Profiles

From Theft to Manslaughter: Inside the Latest Arrests Added to DHS ‘Worst of the Worst’ Site

A massive surge of 5,000 new profiles has just been added to the Department of Homeland Security’s “Worst of the Worst” database, shifting the spotlight onto a wave of recent arrests spanning from Massachusetts to South Dakota. The latest additions push the total number of searchable profiles on WOW.DHS.gov past the 35,000 mark since the site’s launch on December 8, 2025.

The newly published cases highlight a wide range of severe charges, including homicide, weapons offenses, and crimes against children, across multiple states:

Northeast & Mid-Atlantic: In Newark, New Jersey, authorities arrested Santos Archaga Mendoza of Honduras, whose record includes negligent manslaughter with a vehicle and assault. In Rockland, Massachusetts, Trong Nguyen of Vietnam was taken into custody for aggravated assault with a weapon and driving a stolen vehicle. Further south in Alexandria, Virginia, Jose Argueta Hernandez of El Salvador was arrested for drug possession and hit-and-run.

The South: Reiniel Parajon Gomez of Cuba was arrested in Miami, Florida, facing charges of child cruelty and fondling. In Spartanburg, South Carolina, Vladimir Kapnik of Ukraine was booked for child neglect, manufacturing amphetamines, and aircraft theft. Meanwhile, Sribounthai Keopanya of Laos was arrested in Nashville, Tennessee, following a history of armed residential robbery, arson, and aggravated assault with a gun.

Midwest & Texas: In Thomson, Illinois, officials tracked down Omar Martinez-Reyna of Mexico, who faces charges of sexual assault, DUI, and failure to register as a sex offender. In Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Alexander Vorjolo of Liberia was arrested for burglary, larceny, and escaping custody. Lubana Singh of India was arrested in Milan, Michigan, for selling synthetic narcotics, while Augusto Castillo Recinos of Guatemala was arrested in Conroe, Texas, for lewd acts with a minor.

DHS officials stated that these fresh profiles represent a fraction of the dangerous individuals tracked across all 50 states.

“To continue the Trump Administration’s mission of transparency with the American people, DHS has added another 5,000 criminal illegal aliens to the Worst of the Worst website,” said Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis. “With this webpage, the American people can search through the criminals that we’ve arrested in their communities. Criminal illegal aliens arrested by ICE include murderers, rapists, pedophiles, and gang members. If you see an ICE law enforcement officer, thank them for removing these thugs from your neighborhoods.”
