PASCO COUNTY, FL. – Orlando Diaz-Rivera, 30, the suspect in Monday’s homicide in Zephyrhills, was found and arrested, according to Pasco County Sheriff’s Office.
The shooting homicide happened on March 7, around 2:30 p.m., near the intersection of Gall Blvd. and Kossick Rd. in Zephyrhills.
Deputies say the investigation indicates that Orlando Diaz-Rivera, 30, shot the victim and then fled.
The victim and Diaz-Rivera are known to each other, and this is an isolated incident, according to PCSO.
Diaz-Rivera was taken into custody and booked into the Land O’ Lakes jail.
