Auburndale Woman With History Of Theft Arrested For Barbecue Burglary

AUBURNDALE, Fla. – Kimberlee Renee Meadows, 43, of Auburndale, was arrested on Thursday, January 30th, by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office for burglary and felony petit theft.

Meadows was wanted in connection with a January 13th burglary at a barbecue restaurant in Auburndale. Detectives determined that Meadows had arrived at the restaurant on a golf cart and stole cleaning supplies, including bleach, garbage bags, and liquid enzymes.

This incident is not Meadows’ first encounter with law enforcement. She has a history of theft, with seventeen prior theft convictions dating back to 2006.

Deputies located and arrested Meadows at a residence on Daisy Avenue in Auburndale. She was transported to the Polk County Jail and booked on the outstanding warrant.
