MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man connected to a vandalism incident that occurred on Big Pine Key earlier this month.

This announcement comes after the arrest last week of Isabelle Gwynn Eubanks, 37, of Key West, Florida, who has been charged with criminal mischief in connection with the same case.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the incident took place on April 6, 2025, near Mile Marker 32. At approximately 9:26 p.m., an unidentified man was observed exiting a gray Jeep SUV with California license plates and applying graffiti to a nearby bus shelter.

Authorities have confirmed that the vehicle driven by the man belongs to Eubanks. She was subsequently arrested last week for her alleged involvement in the vandalism.

Sheriff Rick Ramsay issued a strong statement regarding the incident, emphasizing the county’s commitment to maintaining clean and safe communities. “I have a zero-tolerance policy regarding graffiti,” said Sheriff Ramsay. “Cleaner, safer streets mean cleaner, safer neighborhoods and those caught committing acts of vandalism will be arrested.”

Detectives are now asking for the public’s help in identifying the man seen driving Eubanks’ vehicle on the day of the incident. Anyone who recognizes the man or has any information regarding this case is urged to contact the Sheriff’s Office Detectives at 305-292-7060.
