Kissimmee Man Sentenced In Orlando To Over 11 Years In Prison For Fentanyl, Cocaine Distribution

ORLANDO, Fla. – A Kissimmee man, Raul Rodriguez-Jimenez, 38, has been sentenced to 11 years and 4 months in federal prison for possessing with the intent to distribute significant quantities of fentanyl and cocaine.

U.S. District Judge Julie Sneed handed down the sentence following Rodriguez-Jimenez’s guilty plea on January 29, 2025.

According to court documents, the investigation, led by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) with assistance from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, involved the use of an undercover agent and a confidential informant.

These individuals conducted multiple controlled purchases of illicit narcotics directly from Rodriguez-Jimenez.

Between December 2023 and August 2024, Rodriguez-Jimenez was involved in eight separate instances where he distributed or possessed with the intent to distribute fentanyl or cocaine.

The court records indicate that across these transactions, he was responsible for distributing or possessing with intent to distribute over 2 kilograms of cocaine and more than 280 grams of fentanyl.
