The lucky winner visited Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee to collect her winnings, opting for a one-time, lump-sum payment of $605,016.40.
HercherAllen purchased her winning ticket at the Publix located at 40932 U.S. Highway 19 N. in Tarpon Springs. For selling the million-dollar Scratch-Off, the Publix store will receive a $2,000 bonus commission from the Florida Lottery.

THE CASH WHEEL, a $5 Scratch-Off game, boasts over $62 million in total cash prizes and has produced 4.3 million winning tickets. Players of this game have an overall 1-in-4.05 chance of winning a prize.
