Winter Haven Woman Arrested On Felony Warrant In Wahneta

POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A Winter Haven woman, 35-year-old Heart Holley, was arrested Sunday evening by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding felony warrant for violating the terms of her pre-trial release.

Holley was wanted in connection with previous charges of grand theft motor vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, deputies located Holley at a residence on 10th Street East in Wahneta at approximately 10:00 PM. She was taken into custody without incident.

Following her arrest, Holley was transported to the Polk County Jail.
