4-Arrested in Brooksville, Multiple Drug Charges

BROOKSVILLE, Fla. – On Tuesday, detectives with the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office Vice and Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at 1371 E. Jefferson Street in Brooksville.  The search warrant was executed as a result of a months-long investigation.

The owner of the residence, Sherry Napier, B/F, DOB/04-10-1955, was arrested on scene and charged as follows:

  • Illegal Use of Two-Way Communication Device to Facilitate a Felony (2 counts)
  • Sale of Cocaine w/in 1000 Feet of a Place of Worship (2 counts)
  • Possession w/Intent to Sell Cocaine w/in 1000 Feet of a Place of Worship (2 counts)
  • Possession of a Structure for the Sale of Narcotics (2 counts)
  • Possession of Controlled Substance (Fentanyl)
  • Possession of Paraphernalia
  • Bond – $57,000.

Three other individuals who were located in the residence were also placed under arrest and charged as follows:

–              Carl Hall B/M DOB/12-21-1963

  • Possession of Controlled Substance (Fentanyl)
  • Possession of Paraphernalia
  • Bond – $3,000

–              Glen Thompkins B/M DOB/10-22-1961

  • Possession of Paraphernalia
  • Bond – $1,000

–              Tammy Patton W/F DOB/02-19-1976

  • Possession of Paraphernalia
  • Bond – $1,000.
