Video of Suspects Who Robbed and Shot Victim After Super Bowl Released

TAMPA, Fla. – Shortly after 3:30 a.m. on February 8, 2021, after the Super Bowl, two subjects offered the victim a ride from Ybor City to the Seminole Hard Rock Casino. 

Instead, the victim was driven to the corner of Hartford Street and 70th Street South where he was ordered out of the vehicle at gunpoint.  The suspects demanded the victim’s jewelry.

After the victim complied, one of the suspects, described as a black male, 6′, heavy build and last seen wearing a white football jersey with the number “45” on it, shot the victim before both suspects fled the scene in a 4-door sedan. 

The second suspect, the driver, is described as a black male, 6′, heavy build and last seen wearing a black shirt, dark blue jacket and tan boots.  The suspects can be seen in surveillance video obtained from along 7th Avenue before the incident.

Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the unknown suspects involved in this case.
