NEW PORT RICHEY, FL. – The New Port Richey Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing and endangered woman.
Ruth Cecala, was last seen on Dec. 15 going northbound on Pinecrest Drive. 4’11 and 145 lbs.
Police say she may be using the name “Edy” or “Stacy Crisante.” Ruth may be staying at a homeless camp or shelter.
She was wearing a white top, gray capris, a gray baseball hat, and sandals.
