POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A Bartow man with multiple active drug warrants out of Pinellas County was apprehended Wednesday evening near the north Post Office in Winter Haven.
Joshua Poe, 38, was taken into custody without incident by Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) deputies. Authorities had been searching for Poe in connection with an active warrant that included charges of Sale of Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine, Sale of Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Sale of Fentanyl, and Possession of Fentanyl.

According to the PCSO, deputies received information that Poe was frequently seen near the Post Office located at 1401 1st Street North.
At approximately 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4th, deputies responded to the area. Upon their arrival, they quickly located Poe and placed him under arrest.
