CLEARWATER, Fla. – A bicyclist was hospitalized with possible life-threatening injuries this afternoon after colliding with a vehicle at the intersection of Court Street and Lincoln Avenue. The crash occurred at approximately 2:36 p.m., prompting a response from Clearwater Police and Clearwater Fire & Rescue.
The adult male bicyclist was transported to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital as a trauma alert. His condition is currently unknown beyond the initial assessment of potentially critical injuries.

The circumstances leading to the collision are under investigation.
As a result, the westbound lanes of Court Street are currently closed at the crash site while authorities conduct their inquiry. Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes to avoid significant delays in the area.
