CLEARWATER, Fla. – A mobile home in the Bayside Waters Mobile Home Park suffered serious damage in a fire that broke out just before 2:30 p.m. this afternoon. Clearwater Fire & Rescue crews were dispatched to the scene at 1268 S. Kimono Drive.
Fortunately, the resident of the affected mobile home was not present when the fire began, and no injuries to civilians or firefighters have been reported.

The full extent of the damage to the structure is still being assessed, but initial reports indicate it is serious. Firefighters worked quickly to control and extinguish the blaze, preventing its spread to adjacent homes in the densely populated park.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation by fire officials. Further details will be released as they become available.
