TAMPA, Fla. – A domestic dispute in North Tampa escalated into a fatal shooting Sunday morning, leaving one man dead and an adult woman seriously injured. The incident, which authorities are calling isolated, unfolded around 10:30 a.m. in the 1700 block of N Club Court.
Police responded to reports of gunfire and quickly determined that the altercation stemmed from a domestic dispute. All individuals involved were either related or known to one another.

An adult woman sustained serious but stable injuries and is currently receiving treatment at a local hospital. An adult man was also transported to a hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
A second adult man involved in the incident remained on the scene and is fully cooperating with investigators.
Authorities have assured the public there is no ongoing threat, as this appears to be an isolated incident. The investigation is ongoing.
