TAMPA, Fla. – UPDATE : The Tampa Police Department announced that all lanes of N 30th Street have now been reopened to traffic.
A traffic crash prompted the closure of southbound lanes on N 30th Street between E Bougainvillea Avenue and E Linebaugh Avenue early this morning, the Tampa Police Department reported. The incident occurred around 2:45 a.m.

Authorities immediately responded to the scene, and as a result of the investigation and cleanup efforts, all southbound lanes were temporarily shut down. One northbound lane remained open to traffic while emergency personnel worked at the location.
The Tampa Police Department is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
