TAMPA, Fla. – Elite DNA Behavioral Health, a leading provider of behavioral and mental health services, is spearheading a community-wide supply drive from May 1 to May 23 to support domestic violence survivors in the greater Tampa area.
The initiative coincides with Mental Health Awareness Month, highlighting the critical link between mental well-being and safety for those affected by domestic violence.
Calling on the community for support, Elite DNA will be collecting essential items at six of its locations across the region. Each participating office will collect donations specifically for a different local organization or shelter dedicated to helping victims of domestic violence.

Elizabeth Dosoretz, LCSW, founder and CEO of Elite DNA Behavioral Health, emphasized the importance of community support.
“We are proud to stand alongside domestic violence survivors and believe that no one should face this battle alone,” said Dosoretz. “Oftentimes, domestic violence victims must abandon personal items and necessities when fleeing unsafe situations, leaving them with significant needs as they seek help. Together, with the generosity of the community, we can help support survivors and provide them with essential items as they work to rebuild their lives.”
The supply drive offers a tangible way for residents to make a direct impact on the lives of those seeking refuge and a new beginning free from violence.
