A Florida man is celebrating a life-changing win after claiming a $250,000 a year for life top prize from the $250,000 A YEAR FOR LIFE SPECTACULAR Scratch-Off game.
Faber Gomez Ramirez of Kissimmee opted in February for a one-time, lump-sum payment of $4,070,000.00.
He purchased his winning ticket from Sahara Liquor Store, located at 10771 Beach Boulevard in Jacksonville. Sahara Liquor Store will receive an $8,000 bonus commission for selling the top prize-winning Scratch-Off ticket.

The $10 Scratch-Off game, “$250,000 A YEAR FOR LIFE,” boasts over 7 million winning tickets and a staggering $176.4 million in cash prizes, including four top prizes of $250,000 a year for life. The overall odds of winning are 1 in 3.33.
The Florida Lottery is responsible for contributing more than $48 billion to enhance education and sending over one million students to college through the Bright Futures Scholarship Program.
The Florida Lottery reinvests 99 percent of its revenue into Florida’s economy through prize payouts, commissions to more than 13,550 Lottery retailers, and transfers to education. Since 1988, Florida Lottery games have paid over $100.2 billion in prizes and created more than 4,300 millionaires.
