A Florida man is celebrating a multi-million-dollar win after claiming a top prize from a Florida Lottery Scratch-Off game.
The Florida Lottery announced Monday that David Bradley, 63, of Vero Beach, won a $5 million top prize from THE PERFECT GIFT Scratch-Off game. Bradley chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $2,989,062.00 after claiming his prize at the Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.

Bradley purchased his winning ticket from the Sunoco gas station located at 8418 20th Street in Vero Beach. The retailer will receive a $10,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.
THE PERFECT GIFT Scratch-Off game, which costs $20 per ticket, features four top prizes of $5 million and offers more than $178 million in total cash prizes. The game’s overall odds of winning are 1-in-2.79.
