The Florida Lottery announced Tuesday that Oscar Lopez Peluszkiewiez, 58, of Cape Coral, claimed a life-changing $1 million prize from the popular $1,000,000 A YEAR FOR LIFE SPECTACULAR Scratch-Off game.

Lopez Peluszkiewiez opted to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $640,000.00.

The lucky winner purchased his winning ticket at the Publix located at 7950 Dani Drive in Fort Myers. The retailer will also benefit from the big win, receiving a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

The $50, $1,000,000 A YEAR FOR LIFE SPECTACULAR game boasts two top prizes of $1 million a year for life and an impressive 234 prizes of $1 million. With over $1.6 billion in total cash prizes and overall odds of winning at 1-in-4.50, the game continues to generate excitement across the state.
