The Florida Lottery announced Monday that Angela Hutto, 46, of Panama City, has claimed a $2 million top prize from the ULTIMATE VIP CA$HWORD Scratch-Off game.
Hutto traveled to Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee to receive her winnings, opting for a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,195,000.00.
Hutto’s winning ticket was purchased at Quick Stop, located at 4925 E. Highway 22 in Panama City. For selling the lucky Scratch-Off, Quick Stop will receive a $4,000 bonus commission.

The ULTIMATE VIP CA$HWORD Scratch-Off game, priced at $10 per ticket, offers players the chance to win up to $2 million in instant prizes.
