With hurricane season rapidly approaching – running from June 1st to November 30th – the City of Treasure Island is taking decisive action to equip its residents and business owners with essential knowledge and resources.
The city will host a comprehensive Hurricane Expo on Wednesday, May 28th, from 6 to 8 p.m. The event will be held on the 5th floor of City Hall, located at 10451 Gulf Blvd.
Attendees will have hear directly from Mike Clay, Chief Meteorologist at Spectrum Bay News 9. Clay is slated to provide expert analysis and insights into the anticipated weather patterns and potential threats for the upcoming hurricane season.
