HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – Detectives with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office are appealing to the public for assistance in locating Quincy Woullard, 38, who is wanted on serious domestic violence charges.
Woullard is currently sought on charges of Kidnapping Domestic Violence Harm/Terrorize and Domestic Battery by Strangulation. Authorities have not released details surrounding the alleged incidents, but are emphasizing the urgency of his apprehension.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is urging anyone with information regarding Woullard’s current whereabouts to come forward.
