PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – Detectives from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Children Unit (CAC) have arrested a Largo man on multiple felony charges related to the possession and transmission of child pornography.
Julian William Wiseman, 30, was taken into custody on Thursday following a months-long investigation.
The investigation began on October 16, 2024, when detectives received intelligence indicating that child pornography was being accessed and shared online. Utilizing various investigative techniques, detectives were able to identify Wiseman as the suspect.

Authorities said that the illicit images depicted children between the ages of 6 and 13.
Further investigation revealed that the Largo Police Department was conducting its own independent investigation into Wiseman for similar offenses.
Upon his arrest, Wiseman was charged by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office with 17 counts of Possession of Child Pornography. The Largo Police Department subsequently filed an additional 4 counts of Possession of Child Pornography and 10 counts of Transmission of Child Pornography against him.
Wiseman was transported to the Pinellas County Jail following his arrest. The investigations by both agencies are ongoing.
